As is known by all，the Internet is playing a more and more important part on our daily life. On the Internet, we can not only read news at home or abroad but also get much information as possible. For an example, we often send emails and make telephone call to our families and friends. What's more, they can go to school on the Internet，read different kinds of books and even teaches ourselves English. We can also listen to music, watching sports and play computer games. We can even do shopping without left our houses.
There was a time when Zhang Yi and I was good friends, but now we are like two stranger. On his first day in our class two years ago, he had somebody to talk to. I was the first to say hello to him, so we became friends Zhang Yi did good in math and he was always ready to helping me with it. One day last month, I told him about that I would be away from school for two days to see a friend. And he told my father about it and that made me angrily. Now, I know I am wrong. I decided to say sorry to him, because I don’t want to lose such good friend.
The Spring Festival, also knowing as the Chinese New Year, is a tradition festival in China. The Spring Festival usually falls in late January or early February. People celebrate them in different ways.

I am fond the summer holiday. Last summer, I go to Hawaii for my holiday. I often had a walk along the beach after the supper or had a swim in the afternoon. They sky was blue, and the air was fresher. Whenever you went, you could saw the green trees and the colorful flowers. The food in Hawaii was delicious and the people was friendly, too. The holiday was really wonder. I will never forget the days when I spent in Hawaii. I enjoy travel across the world. This morning I walked into a small store just for quick look. There I found a little girl hold a large colorful toy. She eager asked her father to buy it for her. However, her father said no to him because he couldn’t afford it, what made the girl sad and disappointed. The girl was accepted her father’s decision and cried in silence. When the father went to the other end of the store to look at something, I asked him whether I could buy the toy and gave it to his daughter. He got surprised for a few minute but finally agreed. I did what I had promised but then left the store.

Sometimes 1 feel that living in a city makes people lonely than before. People always feel strangers cannot trusted. They think this is not normal to start talking to anyone or even smile at anyone. I desire to change that. Last week, while I was skate, a man ran by, smiling at me. He said something to me about doing sports or he hoped to be able to finishing his run. I smiled back and said that he certain would. And then a family cycles by when I was in the park. One of the girl waved at me with a big smile, and I waved back enthusiastically. I do believe such small gestures can change into the world we live in.
The other day, I was invited my friend Sam’s home for dinner. I felt a bit surprising when I saw Bill there. It was two month since we two had quarreled, so I was embarrassed and didn’t know how to do. I sat down on the sofa but began to watch TV. Later Sam came to ask me to make up with Bill. Until then I realize that Sam had arranged the dinner on purpose. He went up to Bill and greeted him warmly, smile at him. He looked very happy and talked with me excited. That night, we had a great fun together.

My hometown is a small mountainous village. In past, with only a narrow mountain road, it was almost separated from the outside world. But villagers lived in old and small house built with wood and leaves.
In the past ten years, great changes have been taken place. His hometown has developed into a tourist site. People here live a happy life. Because of the new wide road building by the local government, it is now convenient of villagers to travel around. And most importantly, thousands of tourists from all over the world came here every year. Beside, with rows of newly-built houses, villagers’ living conditions have been great improved.
Three years ago I failed an important exam in my life and became a student in ordinary school. Even if I felt disappointing at the poorly-equipped classrooms, but I found the teachers patient and kind. Besides f I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere in class. I decided to making the best of it. I worked hard and get along well with my teachers and classmates. Whenever I had difficulties, they were always helpfully. Soon, I became one of the top students in my class, that greatly increased my confidence and got him encouraged.
My experience tell me that it is not what you are given but how you make use for it that determines who you are.
