The TV series, A Li felong Journey,     1     (earn) widespread applause, becoming the most-watched TV series on State broadcaster China Media Group in the past five years.

A Li felong Journey,     2     (consist) of 58 episodes, is adapted from famous writer Liang Xiaosheng’s novel of the same name which won the 10th Mao Dun Literature Prize, one of the country’s top honors for local writers. Starting in     3     late 1960s, the story follows the ups and downs of three children in a working-class family in northeastern China, striking a chord (和弦) with viewers for its details     4     (vivid) bringing them back to old times. First     5     (publish) in December 2017, the novel shows a wide range of Chinese people from different     6     (walk) of life, from constructors to start-up founders, to examine the huge influence brought by the changes of Chinese society.

Tie Ning, chairwoman of the China Writers’ Association, said the great     7     (popular) of the TV series, A Li felong Journey, illustrates the “close bond”     8     literature and television. “While taking a look at history, we could see the mutual (相互的) influence of literature, film and television to boost and inspire each other,     9     has connected writers and filmmakers closely,” she added. With popular TV series or movies, the stories that have inspired such screen works will see their influence grow even     10     (far).

Li Ziqi has made a name for herself in her videos that highlight a traditional Chinese way of life in the rural areas of Sichuan Province. Her videos cover     1     (vary) crafts related to traditional culture, from making paper and ink to weaving cloth, from making a silk comforter to building her own bread kiln (窑) with blocks. Nothing seems impossible with Li’s hands as they work their magic to bring these things into     2     (exist).

Li, born in 1990,     3     (live) with her grandparents in Mianyang, Sichuan, since the age of 6 after her father died. Life was difficult for her during her youth as she and her grandparents had little to live on. Li herself said that she was     4     (finance) supported to continue schooling. Some people have expressed skepticism because it is unbelievable     10     she looks so perfect after a long day of work in the fields.
