☆By bike

We love to welcome cyclists to our Gardens. There are bicycle racks (自行车停车架) at all four gates. At Elizabeth Gate and Victoria Gate, the racks are inside the gates. Bikes left outside our gates are left at your own risk. We do not allow bicycles, tricycles, roller skates, skateboards and scooters into the Gardens.

☆By bus

Route 65 stops close to Lion Gate, Elizabeth Gate and Victoria Gate.

Route 110 stops near Kew Gardens station and Elizabeth Gate.

Routes 237 and 267 stop at Kew Bridge station.

☆By car

Parking at the Gardens is extremely limited, with spaces in our car park available on a first come, first served basis. Please plan ahead if you are considering driving to the Gardens, as we cannot guarantee an available space in our car park.

☆By boat

Thames River Boats run a special service from Westminster Pier to Kew Pier. The easiest entrance for visitors coming from Kew Pier is Elizabeth Gate (TW9 3AE). Elizabeth Gate is a 0. 2-mile walk from Kew Pier across Kew Green.

2 . The travel courses in University of New England led by faculty members (导师) are an exciting, enriching way to study abroad. You will meet with faculty throughout the semester to prepare for travel through readings, lectures and coursework; then you’ll travel during a semester break to enhance your learning.

This spring semester course discovers the interesting connections between human anatomy (解剖学) and the art of the Renaissance. During your 10-day trip to Italy and Greece in May, 2023, you will tour historic sites in Athens, Rome, Florence, and Bologna, representing the birthplace of modern anatomical science in some of the Europe’s oldest universities.

This is a spring semester course offered with a 22-day field experience in Kenya in late May, 2023. Semester studies focus on understanding Kenya’s contemporary environmental, health and community development issues. The field experience features visits to leading universities, museums, and national parks, an overland journey.

This spring semester travel course fulfills the global citizenship requirement and includes a nine-day trip to Mexico during spring break. Students will spend their first few days in Cuernavaca, an important cultural center in Central Mexico, where they will live with host families and immerse themselves in the community. They will then travel to the nearby village of Amatlán, where they will teach English in a local school, and learn about Amatlán’s varied customs.

This is a spring semester course that includes travel to Costa Rica for nine days over spring break, where you will explore the amazing biodiversity of both tropical rainforests and so-called dry forests. Students will conduct fieldwork examining how human — induced changes in the environment — such as invasive species, and global warming — impact these two forest types.

What is special about Happy Camper Live is that there are hundreds of camp adventures and experiences to choose from to offer your children unique camp experience. Children can make fun with a world-class athlete, play volleyball with a national high school champion and learn a new art, craft or musical instrument.

Smart Robots Virtual Camp

Ages: 7 ~11

Cost: $179 for two weeks

Campers will receive a smart coding robot of choice and learning materials and apps to get them started in this camp. This camp is made as much of a social experience as possible. At the end of camp, each child will be certificated as a “junior coder”，have made penfriends for life and have new skills and knowledge to bring into their classrooms in the fall.

Written Out Loud

Ages: 8~17

Cost: $250 per week

The storytelling school Written Out Loud has transformed its program to a virtual storytelling workshop. Founded in 2018 by a Hollywood film-maker, Witten Out Loud offers classes for children aged 8 to 17 that combine a range of disciplines such as creative writing, film-making and even improving comedy.

Got Game Summer Academy

Ages: 4~12

Cost: $195 for two weeks

With a focus on reading, writing and math, Got Game will help your children stay academically on track while still having fun in an energized virtual learning environment. Children will receive personalized attention from teachers while also participating in games that center around communication on group projects and building individual skills.
