☆By bike
We love to welcome cyclists to our Gardens. There are bicycle racks (自行车停车架) at all four gates. At Elizabeth Gate and Victoria Gate, the racks are inside the gates. Bikes left outside our gates are left at your own risk. We do not allow bicycles, tricycles, roller skates, skateboards and scooters into the Gardens.
☆By bus
Route 65 stops close to Lion Gate, Elizabeth Gate and Victoria Gate.
Route 110 stops near Kew Gardens station and Elizabeth Gate.
Routes 237 and 267 stop at Kew Bridge station.
☆By car
Parking at the Gardens is extremely limited, with spaces in our car park available on a first come, first served basis. Please plan ahead if you are considering driving to the Gardens, as we cannot guarantee an available space in our car park.
☆By boat
Thames River Boats run a special service from Westminster Pier to Kew Pier. The easiest entrance for visitors coming from Kew Pier is Elizabeth Gate (TW9 3AE). Elizabeth Gate is a 0. 2-mile walk from Kew Pier across Kew Green.

This spring semester course discovers the interesting connections between human anatomy (解剖学) and the art of the Renaissance. During your 10-day trip to Italy and Greece in May, 2023, you will tour historic sites in Athens, Rome, Florence, and Bologna, representing the birthplace of modern anatomical science in some of the Europe’s oldest universities.
Kenya Course

This is a spring semester course offered with a 22-day field experience in Kenya in late May, 2023. Semester studies focus on understanding Kenya’s contemporary environmental, health and community development issues. The field experience features visits to leading universities, museums, and national parks, an overland journey.
Mexico Course

This spring semester travel course fulfills the global citizenship requirement and includes a nine-day trip to Mexico during spring break. Students will spend their first few days in Cuernavaca, an important cultural center in Central Mexico, where they will live with host families and immerse themselves in the community. They will then travel to the nearby village of Amatlán, where they will teach English in a local school, and learn about Amatlán’s varied customs.
Costa Rica Course
Open to: Undergraduate Students
Faculty: Greg Zogg, Ph.D.

This is a spring semester course that includes travel to Costa Rica for nine days over spring break, where you will explore the amazing biodiversity of both tropical rainforests and so-called dry forests. Students will conduct fieldwork examining how human — induced changes in the environment — such as invasive species, and global warming — impact these two forest types.

8 . INTRODUCTION
Chinese Government Scholarship program for international students is established by the Ministry of Education ( MOE) of the People's Republic of China aiming to promote Chinese higher education brand on an international basis. China Scholarship Council, entrusted by the MOE, holds the responsibility of verification(证实), approval and the routine management of the program.
SCHOLARSHIP COVERAGE
Tuition; campus accommodation fees; medical insurance and a monthly allowance.
APPLICANTS
● Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and in good health.
● Applicants for a master's degree program must have a bachelor's degree and be under 35.
● Applicants for a doctoral degree program must have a master's degree and be under 40.

2. Mail application documents to East China Normal University(ECNU)
● An application form for Chinese Government Scholarship.
● The highest diploma and academic transcripts(学生成绩单) (notarized photocopies). Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized(经过公证的) translation in Chinese or English.
● A research plan. It is required to be no more than 800 words.
● Recommendation letters. Applicants for postgraduate studies must submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or associate professors.
● A photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Please select the appropriate time to take medical examination as it is valid for only 180 days.
● The HSK(Chinese Proficiency Test) certificate.
● The processing fee. The bank wire receipt should be enclosed in the application package.

Your application documents should reach the International Students Office of ECNU by April 30th.
