The Great Barrier Reef is one of the seven wonders of the natural world. Pulling away from it and viewing it from a greater distance, you can understand why. The Baihetan hydropower plant, China's second largest hydropower facility on the upstream branch of the Yangtze river, was     1     (formal) completed on Tuesday after the last generating unit was connected.
