Last week I went to the Summer Palace and met some American tourist by accident. I greeted them with English and then we begin to chat. I got to know that they were college students travel in China, most of them were fond of Chinese culture. My father and I stayed at the South Lake Hotel for a week when we visit Beijing last month. It is in the downtown area, but it is easy to go to anywhere from the hotel by public transport. We lived in a comfortably double-room with a big bath. What I liked best were the free high-speed Internet connection in the room. I checked my email messages every day. I also shared for my friends many photos taking in Beijing. The food was wonderful with reasonable prices, and we enjoyed several local dish.
It is such great hotel that I would recommend it to any friend of me who is going to Beijing.

National Day is one of my favorite holidays. I am fond travelling around during this holiday. Last National Day , I went to Qinhuangdao with our family. Since it was my first time to going to the seaside, I felt very excited. During the days in Qinhuangdao, we took a sunbath on the beach, seeing the sunrise in the early morning and ate delicious seafood in the nice restaurant. Although we don’t take enough clothes and felt a little cold, but we still enjoyed ourselves there. The hotel we lived in even prepared a lot of meaningful gift for us travelers. How warmly we felt! Everything there went so perfect that I even didn’t want to leave at the end of the holiday.
