Tangshan's revival

After one of the most deadly earthquakes     1     happened on 28 July 1976, Tangshan started to revive     2     (it) and get back up on its feet. With strong support from the government and the tireless efforts of the city's people, a new Tangshan     3     (build) upon the earthquake ruins. The new city became a home to more than 7 million people, with great improvements in transportation, industry and environment.
