Mount Wuyi lies at the junction (交叉点) of Fujian and Jiangxi Provinces. It is among     1     first group of China’s top tourist cities. In December 1999, Mount Wuyi     2     (list) as World Heritage-Mixed Property by UNESCO.

Wang Wei and Wang Kun are brothers and sisters. They have dreamed of     1    (take) a great bike trip. Tangshan's revival

After one of the most deadly earthquakes     1     happened on 28 July 1976, Tangshan started to revive     2     (it) and get back up on its feet. With strong support from the government and the tireless efforts of the city's people, a new Tangshan     3     (build) upon the earthquake ruins. The new city became a home to more than 7 million people, with great improvements in transportation, industry and environment. My cousin and I travelled across Canada by train. We saw some great scenery and many wild     1     (animal) from the train on the way through the Rocky Mountains. The city of Thunder Bay is     2     port in the centre of Canada. In Toronto, we went up the tall CN Tower and saw the     3     (mist) cloud from Niagara Falls. When we           4     (arrive)in Montreal, we saw many signs and ads in French. Then we went to Old Montreal,     5     (sit)in a typical cafe beside the St Lawrence River. Montreal is a city           6     wonderful restaurants and clubs. We spent the afternoon     7     (do)some shopping in shops and visiting the artists in their workplaces. People there speak English         8     the city has French culture and traditions. That night as the train was speeding along the St Lawrence River toward the Gulf of St Lawrence and down to the     9     (distance)east coast, we dreamed of     10     (France)restaurants and red maple leaves.
