●Buy train tickets at the machine instead of the counter to save a bit of money.
●Instead of hiring a tour guide, hop on a canal boat. They’re inexpensive and will give you a unique point of view of the city.

Good morning, everyone. It is my honor to stand here and share with something about traveling. Which I’d like to convey is that to travel is also to learn. Take my journey to Xi’an for example. Previously, I do learn something about the city from books and TV programs. Therefore, I didn’t know what wonderful it was until I was there in person. When traveling, we can feel the surrounding with our own eyes, noses and so on, thus broaden our horizons. The picture took on the Great Wall is good reminder of my happy days during my stay in Xi’an. So everyone, seize every chance or you will start an amazing journey to learn.
10 . More and more people enjoy traveling. Traveling or business or pleasure can easily damage your health. It’s easy to fall into a trap of high-calorie meals and little exercise.
Keep a dictionary on hand.
If you are traveling somewhere with a different language, pack a dictionary and keep it close to help you negotiate (谈判) the menu and make healthy food choices. You can’t avoid deep-fried food if you don’t know that they are in there!
The more you can research before your trip, the easier it will be to keep a healthy lifestyle while traveling. To stay on track with your food, try to find a nearby grocery store or health food store, look up a couple well related restaurant that offer some healthy choices.
Walk every day.
Rent a bike.
Cover more ground while burning calories by renting a bike. Take a bike map of the city, research day trips and get exploring. If you have an open schedule, you could even research bike tours.
