Everyone should take the action to reduce haze (雾霾), which is harmless to our health. First of all, I believe that if we plant more tree, there will be less haze in their city. Trees can absorb exhaust fumes (尾气) from cars, thus reduce pollution. Second, the government should punish the factories where produce too many fumes. Exhaust fumes is the main cause of haze and do greatly harm to people’s health. Maybe we can move factories to areas where few people live. Third, I think it was a great idea to encourage people to use public transportation. Last but not least, we can call on citizens ride bikes if they make short journeys.

Dear students,

The forest of my hometown is beautiful no matter how the season is. I was driving slowly in this morning when I saw a deer live in the woods appear in the middle of the road. I always wanted to raise a pet, but my mother didn’t agree with because I even couldn’t look after herself well. But recently, my mother changes her attitude. She bought me a lovely cat for my birthday gift. I promised keep it well. Since raised this lovely creature, I became patient. I think this wise to go to school on foot. First of all, walking to school is wonderful way to exercise and it’s good for health. Next, it’s fun to walk together and friends every day. We can talk about interested things and knowing each other better. What’s worse, if we walk, our parents won’t have to drive you to school. There will have fewer cars in the city. Last year, our city called on the citizens to sort and recycle rubbish, but I became a volunteer in my neighbourhood. After dinner, I got to the place that different rubbish should be thrown into different bin. Then came an old lady, carrying a bag of kitchen waste with plastic bottles in them. I helped her pick out of the recyclable bottles with patient. After that, more people came and I show them how to classify the rubbish mixing in their bags. When the kitchen waste was taken away, I finished my job. Although tired, I felt happily and went home with strong sense of achievement.
