Last Sunday, I adopted the baby dog from an animal shelter. I was impressed by its lovely appearance for the first time I saw it. I brought it home but decided to build a warm home for it. Due to my tight budget, I had to make a cage for it by me. First, I watched various video relevant to making cages. Then I reach the market to buy the materials. After that, I had the materials tying together with strings. About three hours later, the cage set up. I put the dog into the cage. It wagged its tail happy. Although the cage looked strange, I felt satisfying with what I had done.

I really like animals. When I grow up, I’ll work with animals. Though I don’t know exact what I can do for the animals yet, but I can at least follow my brother. He is a excellent vet. He looks after frightened snakes. He says that snakes are easy to deal as they don’t have any legs. My father, a scientist, works to save rare bird, some of that are really clever and can even say some words. My mother trains dolphins every workday. They practise in the pool. She hears the dolphins talk and sang. That sounds really cool! There are so many animal jobs to choosing from, but which one is right for them? I’ll have to wait and see!

Dear students,
I'm writing to call everyone to concentrate on the problems of the environment.
Over the years, we have come to realise that we would have made good use of energy. Our environment is getting worse and worse. We must take effective measure to protect the environment. We should get into the habit of being environmental friendly.
Firstly, we should go to school on our foot or by bike as possible. Secondly, we should turn off the lights when we leave a room. Lastly ,developing the habit of save water is also important. As we all know, nowadays a lot of people are healthy because of the seriously polluting environment. So let's take steps in our daily life. Remember, actions speak loud than words.
Yours sincerely,
Tom

The flower doesn’t need too many water, so don’t water them too often, or its roots will rot. Cut off dead leaves in time, especial those damaged by worms.
I sincerely hope this potted orchid can bring you joy, health and happy.
Yours,
Lily

Rain is great importance to us. Without rain, our water supply would be cut off and we would die, so will plants and animals. Therefore, too much rain does a lot of harm to us. It floods fields, towns and cities, causes us great losses. So far man's control over rain had never ceased. If they can gain more effective control over rain, we will enjoy more free from nature. Fortunate, we human beings have taken steps, such as planting more trees and using weather forecasts, it helps avoid flood damage and protect our water supply. I am greatly convinced that only if we join the hands to fight our common enemy can we live a rosy life.

Recently I took a part in a geography research activity, whose theme was environmental pollution and protection. We took variety pictures showing the present pollution conditions of our city. To our surprise, there are still a great number people doing silly things to our surrounding. Some people often throw rubbish whichever they like. Some cars gave off harmful gases and waste water is pouring into rivers by some factories. Worse still, people sometimes have to make his way through dusty winds as a result of the pollution. Through our research, we have come to realize what everybody must pay more attention to protect our environment and that some measures should be taken to protect it.
