REST AND REWARD

The Pomodoro technique (番茄时间管理法) is very popular and efficient! Set an alarm for 25 minutes, start working, and then rest for 5 minutes.     4     After you feel you have done enough work for the day, then a good way to stay motivated to continue studying tomorrow is to reward yourself.
