My parents have been wanting me to study abroad. They think that it’s nature to master foreign language in an English-speaking country and that study abroad at an early age of will enable me to be independent (独立的). Moreover (此外) it will be easier for me to learn advanced (先进的) knowledges and technology, that will prepare me for a brighter future.
Therefore, my good friend, Zhang Hua don’t agree with them. His idea is that my English is too limited (有限的) to communicate with foreigners. And it will be hard for him to deal in the new problems I’ll meet there since I am a new comer. Besides, the cost is too much for my family.
In my opinion, I’ll stay here and continue my study in China. As long as (只要) I study hard now, I’ll make great achievements in the future.
