Adam, a freshman at senior high school, experienced a     1     (challenge) and     2     (confuse) school life at first. He had to think carefully to choose     3     (suit) courses. With the help of the school adviser, he finally took courses and especially         4     (报名参加) advanced literature based on his strengths and interests.
