1 . How Can I Fight Laziness?
Lazy people will never gain anything in life. However, laziness can be defeated once a few changes have been made in your mind.
Another way to fight laziness is to change your mind from passive to active. Some people treat their lives as if they were pushed from task to task. Others take a more positive approach, viewing each task as a challenge they must overcome alone.
Some people fight laziness removing the temptations that surround them. A television in the living room may provide entertainment, but watching too much TV often contributes to laziness.
Laziness can also be a lasting problem at home. Couples and children may all have different energy levels, but laziness can be spread if not deal with immediately.

7 . How to be eco-friendly
If you'd love to be more eco-friendly but don't know where to begin, start with a few small changes. . Here are some suggestions for you to live an eco-friendly life
Turn off lights and unplug power strips (电源插板) that you're not using. This is an easy way to reduce energy use. Since some devices can still use energy even when they're turned off, turn off these power strips at night to completely cut off energy use. If you need to leave your computer or TV on, try setting it to the sleep mode instead of simply leaving it on.
Reduce your gas consumption and carbon emissions by walking, biking, or taking the bus. Keeping cars off the road in rush hours can also improve the air quality. If you do need to drive somewhere, ask friends if they'd like to carpool(拼车), so fewer cars are on the road.
Cutting back on plastics and waste.
Say no to unnecessary plastic straws(吸管), lids(盖子), and bags and stop using plastic wrap and plastic containers for food storage. Instead, you can use reusable water bottles made of sustainable material like glass, bamboo, and ceramic(陶瓷).
They add more oxygen to the air, which means less polluted air. If you don't have a green thumb, choose some plants that are rather easy to look after. “Lucky Bamboo” is especially good for that, since it demands nearly no attention. If possible, grow more than one plant.

8 . Books to Read in Your 20s
The Kite Runner
By Khaled Hosseini
As a Middle Eastern and North African Studies student, I have a great interest in books about what takes place in this area. I first read this book in high school and really enjoyed it because of its accurate language. If any of you is interested in reading this book and hasn't yet, I highly recommend it.
Firefly Lane
By Kristin Hannah
This is my favorite book. It is a story about friendship, love and life lessons. The story covers the lives of two best friends, Tully and Kate, from childhood to adulthood. I learned so much about friendship and life. So, read Firefly Lane! You'll laugh, you'll cry, and then you'll share this book to your best friend.
Half the Sky
By Nicholas D. Kristof
For any person of any age, Half the Sky is a must-read. It describes the struggle of women and the most pressing human rights problems of our time: the common oppression of women and girls.
The Little Prince
By Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
This children's book is simple. It might seem like a wrong book to recommend to someone in their twenties but perhaps that's what makes it a good choice. It sings praises to exploration and shows the importance of making friends.
