4 . The pumpkin (南瓜) theme is everywhere at Butler’s Orchard in Germantown, Maryland. It has thousands of pumpkins, including a pumpkin patch where people can pick their own pumpkin. There are also other things to do, like riding a pony, rushing down a slide or walking around a corn maze with its confusing winding pathways. Some children discover the big orange fruits way more than they think. Visitors can pick their own in season fruits, vegetables and flowers. Butler’s Orchard opened more than sixty years ago,as one of the first pick your own farms in the area.
Ken Merriam brought his children. He says Butler’s Orchard brings back good memories of growing up on a farm in Honduras. “It’s a little bit of what I used to have as a kid, so that’s why I think it’s nice to bring them over here. Get them out of the city.” Shirley Butler’s grandchildren who are in their 30s are now the third generation to run the farm. General manager Tyler Butler says children who usually only see pumpkins in grocery stores can learn how pumpkins are grown.
“I didn’t know pumpkins came from a vine. There are flowers on this vine. There are roots.” These little girls are earning about pumpkins during their first trip to a pumpkin patch to feel the nature and the fruits. For Tristan Piazza’s mother, the Fall Festival is an annual event. “My parents have always brought me. I bring my kid now. I hope he stays in the area and he can bring his kids.” Since family funds are hard to keep afloat these days, Tyler Butler appreciates the tens of thousands of visitors who come to the Fall Festival each year.

6 . Child Friendly To
A program Child Friendly To is working to transform Toronto into a place where all children can learn, play and grow in the healthiest way. We are building a culture that applies a child-friendly view to city planning and decision-making by increasing the role and voice of children in city management and increasing the rights of children across Toronto. We believe that:
★Children are important residents with unique ideas and experiences that have the power to change how we make plans and decisions.
★Children are experts in child-friendliness. Listening to children's ideas creates opportunity and improves equality. Building a city that is friendly to children requires an understanding of what living in the city is like -or a child.
★Engaging with children is our responsibility and duty. Local government has a responsibility to listen to children, as with all residents, when making plans and decisions.
November 20th is National Child Day in Canada. The day celebrates the importance of children as active participants in their own lives and communities, who can and should have opportunities for meaningful contributions to decision-making.
To celebrate National Child Day 2020, an event was held at City Hall with local students and city leaders. Children in grades four and five in Toronto were invited to share their ideas about creating a child-friendly city. We asked them:
★What would a child-friendly Toronto look, feel and sound like?
★B you had one wish to make Toronto more child-friendly, what would it be?
Children from nine schools across Toronto submitted hundreds of responses, from written texts, to drawings, photographs and maps. They described the people, places and things that need to be involved and considered to create a child-friendly city.

7 . Nice Feeling is a very excellent small restaurant. It offers great Chinese food and considerate servings, like delicious crab Rangoon and shrimp toast. The triple delight and kung-pao shrimp are also luscious.
The couple who work in the kitchen speak very broken English. It's pretty difficult to let them know what I need. However, it isn't really a problem for the coming people. After all, they are so friendly to every customer and patient with any situations. They set up this restaurant three years ago and I have already been very familiar with them.
This is a takeout restaurant unless you like sitting at one of the 2 tables in the cold lobby(大厅)area in cold winter days. There is no air conditioner in the summer either. The entire kitchen area can be seen from the counter(柜台)and it looks very clean although somewhat small and narrow(狭窄的). I've gotten takeout here at least 40 times and never had any problems with the food.
On a couple of occasions, they forgot to start my order before I got there. The man thought I was unhappy and gave me an extra appetizer (小吃)as a gift. How sweet he was! Actually, I was not angry at all. Delicious food is worth the wait!
It is a nice place to order your takeout since things there are so cheap and tasty. It is also a popular place for people to feed themselves up in the town. I suggest you call them about 15-20 minutes before you arrive in case you have to wait in that lobby for a long time.

10 . The Biggest Stadiums in the World
People have been pouring into stadiums since the days of ancient Greece. In around 80 A.D., the Romans built the Colosseum, which remains the world’s best known stadium and continues to inform contemporary design. Rome’s Colosseum was 157 feet tall and had 80 entrances, seating 50,000 people. However, that was small fry compared with the city’s Circus Maximus, which accommodated around 250,000 people.
These days, safety regulations-not to mention the modern sports fan’s desire for a good view and comfortable seat — tend to keep stadium capacities (容量) slightly lower. Even soccer fans tend to have a seat each; gone are the days of thousands standing to watch the match.
For the biggest stadiums in the world, we have used data supplied by the World Atlas list so far, which ranks them by their stated permanent capacity, as well as updated information from official stadium websites.
All these stadiums are still functional, still open and still hosting the biggest events in world sport.
