As you know, in China, we call people bear between 1980 and 1989 the post-80s. I am a young guy who belonged to such a group. For our generation, life is getting more difficulty than the former generations. The job market is tough but the house is kind of expensive to afford. Now plenty of girls would prefer to marry man with a house and a car on his own. I don’t think love built on houses and cars are true love. Thus, this is social reality that we have to face.
Though situations are tough today, many of us post-80s are making many effort to live a good life. Do you think we will make up life better and better in the future?

Li Hua and Wang Hai are students of Senior One. They all work hard but have different learning methods. Li Hua listens to her teachers attentive and tries to catch everything the teachers say. She spends more time doing her homework. It is certain what she can go to bed earlier and always keeps energetic in the day.
However, Wang Hai had a different way of learning. He likes to stay up late at the night, so he often feels sleepy in class. As the result, he misses lots of key point and it usually takes him more time to finish his homework, that makes it difficult for him to concentrate what he is doing. Generally spoken, I’m a person who have the ability to control myself. Whether at school or at home, I can be aware of the dos and don’ts and always focus on my study, so I am one of the top student in my class. Besides, whenever I face with something or somebody unpleasant, I can calm down and in this way I can get along good with others.
I think it is determination what is of great importance if you wanted to improve your self-control. In order to control you easily and effectively, you are supposed make some rules to follow. Also you’d better ask others to keep an eye on your behavior, which makes the difference in helping you be responsible for what you do.
It is not easy to manage stress successfully. When you are stressed, every problem you have seems become worse. Serious stress can also lead to health issues, such as dizziness, skin conditions, and breathing problems. So that is best to find a solution as soon as possible. For minor stress, to wash your face with cold water or go for a short walk outside. To fight long-term stress, it is a great idea taken up a new hobby. Do something you really like — to ride a skateboard, go bowling, or watch a comedy — whatever stimulates your mind and makes you feel happy. Absorbing stress effectively, however, you must be sure to do something that completely takes your mind off everything else. If you can find something else to concentrate for a while, you will most certainly feel much more refreshed later on. So remember, to free yourself from stress, try and find something positive replace it with. After all, it is far too stressful to stress all the time!

Health is very important for any of us. In order to stay health, we need to know some common knowledge.
