In general, our houseparents are annoyed for boys students in dormitories. I didn't begin to like our houseparents until one night in last week. I was asleep when my alarm clock drops onto the floor and were broken into pieces. After the while, the houseparent on duty opened the door and rushed in. Instead blaming me, he asked me anxious what was going on. Before making sure I was OK, he asked me to go back to sleep and cleaned up itself. Since then, I have completely changed my opinion of our houseparents. They are like our parents, kept all of us safe.

Today, I saw the funny incident happening outside a grocery shop. Two little kids were playing together happy. One was very fat with a large stomach, which was eating junk food. The other kid reached out or felt his stomach, joking, “See how big your stomach it is, but you are still eating much!” I amused and looked at the other kid. I couldn’t help laugh out as he was much fatter with an even large stomach!

When I first reached junior high school without my parents, I was very happy. Then I saw them getting further away from school gate. Yesterday I was gone home by the bus and my father was going to pick me up at the station. On the bus, I see a young woman with several bags of heavier books get on. I wanted to offer her my seat, and I didn’t. In my surprise, she and I got off at the same stations later. After a short conversation, I learned she had to walk a long way home.
