On the Monday morning, I was on my way to school when suddenly I saw a boy knock down by a car. In a hurry, I ran over and found the boy was serious hurt with much blood on his face. I was very frightened when I woke up in hospital on last Thursday. Then my mum told me what happens. She said I fainted in my PE lesson because low blood sugar levels. Fortunate, I was rushed to hospital immediately. The doctor helped me and I made a fully recovery within two days. My experience has proved how a bad idea it is to try to lose weight by skip meals. Now I know this extreme weight-loss method have serious side effects. I also understand that being healthy and energetic is less important than being slim. How time flies! It's been a year since a day I said goodbye to my British friend，Toby. Yesterday，I received a present from him，and memories of him came flooded back. I first saw him in front of our classroom in the first day of school two years ago. He was an exchange student who would study at his school for one year. I was deep impressed the moment I saw him，since he seemed so much humorous and outgoing. During his first few month，I helped him by offering my advice and explaining some difficult Chinese. When I was six, I attended to a dancing class in a local club. Although ride for half an hour to get there was hard work, I loved my lessons. My dancing teacher is kind and easygoing. I used to be very addicted to computer games that I had little time to study and thus fall behind. My parents were great worried about me. It was what my English teacher said helped me out. She told me must have my own goal of life, otherwise your future would be hopeless. She said computer games were great fun and they would not guarantee for me a bright future. I still remembered that one day my backpack was stolen. All my school things were in it, including my valuable notebook with lots important class notes. Hearing from the news, I cried for half an hour. Then I had to go to school with absolute nothing. My teacher, Miss Taylor, was really kind. He gave an extra notebook to me and suggested I learned to be more careful. I was moving by her kindness. But here's something even best. About two years ago, I worked hard and entered a locally key school, which my parents were proud of it. From then up, I got up early and got to the school on time. After school, I went back home in time to help my parents do some housework while enjoy some light music.
