Now I don't watch television at all. But a few years ago I was watched it every night. I was often a little tiring after a day's work and watching TV is the most common everyday activity, that demands very little effort. Unfortunate, some of my family wanted to see one program so others preferred another. I am happy with any program but the others spent a lot time arguing. There was no way of settle the matter except by selling the set. Now someone at home reads instead. I am happy for the change because researchers have found what harmful being a couch potato can be, and watching TV was linked to a great risk of heart disease compared with reading.
