1 . How to Find your Purpose (目标）in Life

Many people are living life without knowing what they want out of life. They live life not for themselves, but because of work and survival needs. When you are not living a purposeful life and you have no idea what you are meant to do in the world, you will feel lost.     1    

One of the easiest ways is to listen to what life is telling you.    2     Spend time understanding your feelings, emotions, and mastering yourself. The better you understand yourself, the more you can align(使一致)your purpose and live a meaningful life.

    3    Most people don’t dare to do things that will change their lives. And this is why most people are not living their life’s purpose. It doesn’t matter if you try out something and fail in it. What matters most is that you try out new things to see if they are what you are looking for.

Sometimes, to find your purpose in life, you need to start with your strengths. If you’re good at one thing and you love doing it, then, by all means, pursue it in life.     4       Your strengths are what drives your internal motivation(动机).

Find out what makes you most happy and joyful in life. If you are unclear about what makes you happy, just take a piece of paper and list down every possible activity and thing that make you happy.     5

Think again about what we eat every day; think again about what we wear every day. We cannot produce them, but we use them all the time. We get a lot from all these tireless workers who keep our community running. We need these people in the community. We depend on each other. Let’s support each other and help each other. Only in this way can we make our community a better place.
