How time flies! My first term in senior school was coming to an end, but I can remember every day clear. There are many beautiful flowers or tall trees in our school. And at present a new teaching building is built in my school. The school is very attractive that I quite enjoy my study here.
However, I also had some problems. I had difficult in pronouncing English words correctly. As the result, I often made mistakes in class. Luckily, Miss Wang, my English teacher gave me some useful advices on English learning. I also joined in an English club at school, where helped me a lot.

When I was in high school, our physics teacher give us a challenge to make a paper plane of any shape and get it to fly as far as possible. I knew some skills of make paper plane, so I made the best plane I could and it flew pretty far. Then boy came to the front. She stood at the starting line with a flat piece of paper. Moments later he rolled the flat piece of paper into a ball, and threw it down the hallway. He beat the class without any difficult. Some of the students got madly and said that he cheated. And the physics teacher said, “How so? I said it could not be any shape. A paper ball are indeed a shape.” I still regard this classmate of a genius today.

Dear boys and girls,
Recently, I have seen an increasingly number of stray cats hanging around the campus. Some of them are strong when others seem to be in bad shapes.
It’s hard to imagine that would happen if we just left them as they are. In order to reduce possible attacks making by them against students and provide them for a pleasant environment to live in, I’m calling on you to join me. Together, we can build up those lovely creatures the home. I firmly believed that only by joint efforts we live harmoniously with them.

The new term began in September and I landed in a new school. My new teacher left a deep impression with me. Each of them has different teaching strategies to attract students. For example, my history teacher always said interested words and anecdotes to attract students. History has become one of my favorite courses. Both my classmates were very friendly to me, which I hadn’t expected it at the beginning. Therefore, along with these enjoyable changes, there was other bad consequences. In my first week of school, I was flooded with homework, which prompted me to look for solutions on what to be more effective. Overall, I think my first week in high school was very good experience.
