Recently, we had a hot discussion on if people should keep pets at home in cities or not. Some students think it is a good idea to keep pets because of many old people living alone can get comfort from them. Beside, getting along well with animals will make our life interested. However, some other students are against an idea. In their opinions, if too many people keep pets at home, it’s bad to the environment. What is worse, pets may make too much noisy and even attack people. I like animals, but I don’t think it is bad to keep pets at home. But we must take measures to keep them polluting our environment.

Thinking it might dies without timely help, they took it home. They made a nest for it and feed it with rice and water. It was with their treatment that the lucky bird gradual got recovered. When time came for it to fly the bird back to the woods, they felt a little pitiful but very delighted. In my opinions, their good deeds deserve more praise. Here I call on public to show respect for nature. Only in changing the way we treat the environment can we get along well with it.

Once upon a time there were a farmer who worked hardly every day. One day, while work in the field, he heard a bumping sound. He saw a rabbit by the side of a tree. He picked it up and found that it was a fat rabbit. He thought to him. “Since it is such easy to get a rabbit like that, why should I work so hard all day long?” He threw his tool away and lay by the tree every day, waiting more rabbits to come. When he final realized his foolishness and returned back to his field, he found that all his crops were dead. This story tell us that we shouldn’t wait for unexpected gains by chance and that we shouldn’t hope to get rewards with hard work.

One day King Arthur saw a happy beggar and wondered why the beggar was so happy, because that the king didn’t feel happy though she could have whatever he wanted. From this we can see that one’s happiness doesn’t depend on if he is rich or poor. Happy is just a state of mind. As long as one thinks he’s satisfying, he is happy.
There are many different opinion about happiness. To some, happiness is being surrounded in their family members and friends. To others, happiness meant achieving success in something, such as meet a goal. To those who have injured, happiness can simply mean a day without suffering, or just being alive.
