I am glad to receive your letter ask for my advice on how to learn Chinese well.
Here are a little suggestions. First, it is important to take a Chinese course, as you’ll be able to learn the teachers and practice with your classmates. Then, it also helped to watch TV and read books, newspapers and magazines in Chinese whenever possibly.
Besides, it should be a good idea to learn and sing Chinese songs, so by doing so you’ll learn and remember Chinese words much easily than usual. You can also make more Chinese friends. He will tell you a lot about China or you learn Chinese.
Try and write to me in Chinese the next time.
Best wishes.

Dear Leo,
Know that you are in low spirits for the quarrels with your parents,I would like to help you, but I can totally understand your feelings.
To start with it, you should know what this kind of communication problem worries nearly all the teenagers. Therefore, you don’t have to blame yourself not having a good relationship with your parents.
Actually, it isn't easy for them to talk about myself with my parents either, so my solve is to write down my thoughts in a letter to them. We need to tell them what we want and learn to negotiate. For example, I once get my parents to let me hang out with my friends on weekends unless I got better scores.
What’s more, trust the love of your parents for you and have some faith in them.
They will absolute listen to you and understand you in the end.
I’m looking forward to your good news.
Yours,
Li Hua

This morning we attended a lecture about Pompeii, that was founded in the 8th century BC. In 89 BC, the Romans took over Pompeii. It then became the rich and busy city. In 24 August AD 79, the volcano erupted. Many people buried alive, and so was the city. What unfortunate! I saw streets just as it had been, with stepping stones along the road so you did not have to step in the mud on rainy days! I saw several house which were decorated with wall paintings. I also saw the people who had been buried alive. It turns out that after the trash covered the people who they failed to flee the city, their bodies nearly completely break down and disappeared, leaving empty spaces in the disaster. It’s hard to imagine how this peacefully volcano destroyed the whole city.
Many moved stories remain deep in people’s heart to this day. In 2008 a terrible earthquake strike Wenchuan, there many people lost their lives and homes. After the earthquake under a fallen building, a mother as well as her baby were found by some soldiers. When the soldiers were ready to take them away, they surprised to find the baby in the mother’s arms still alive. The baby was sleeping but wasn’t hurt at all. Between the dead mother and the living baby, there was a cell phone with a short message on the screen. It read, “Don’t worry, my baby. Mom is for you. If you can survive, don’t forget that I love you.”
The story moved many people deep, including me. I couldn’t hold back my tears when I read these word. One is great if he loves others when he is in the danger.
