Disneyland Park

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Disney’s Hollywood Studios is where the magic of movies comes together with exciting rides and entertainment. The theme park opened up in May 1989. The park is divided into six zones, of which Pixar Place, and Animation Courtyard are favorites.

Universal Studios Florida

Location: Universal Orlando Resort, Orlando, Florida, USA

Based on some of the best-loved movies, this fun and adventure theme park by Universal Studios opened up to the public in June 1990. The greatest attraction of this park is “the Wizarding World of Harry Potter”, which is a favorite with both kids and adults. It is also well-known for its yearly celebrations and Hollywood theme rides.

Islands of Adventure

Location: Universal Orlando Resort, Orlando, Florida, USA

The Islands of Adventure opened up in May 1999. This theme park is divided into seven different themes. Marvel Super Hero Island, Jurassic Park, and Seuss Landing are among the most popular islands of the park. Apart from the exciting rides, the restaurants here are also themed on myths and legends.

4-H Military Programs

In 1995 the Department of Army and United States Department of Agriculture formed a partnership designed to help the 4-H Program to impress new audiences and help the Army meet its task of providing youth programs on Army installations (设施) worldwide. The goal of the partnership is to build a strong foundation in our military children and youths so that they each have the necessary life skills to be successful and lead a productive life as well as deal with the special surroundings of being a military-connected youth. This is done through hands-on, experiential projects, experiences and opportunities.

4-H Day Camps Price: $75

Macomb County 4-H offers numerous day camps throughout the year. Usually taking place during school breaks and summer, our day camps are from 9:00 a. m. to 4:00 p m. at the Max Thompson Family Resource Center, 11370 Hupp Ave. Warren, MI 48089. Youth members at ages 5-12 will experience fun, educational activities. The fee includes breakfast, lunch and snack. Aftercare until 5. 00 p. m will be available for an additional fee with prior(事先)arrangement and cash payment.

4-H Shooting Sports

Price: $65

In the Michigan 4-H Shooting Sports program, youth members can learn safety and shooting techniques for shotgun, air gun, muzzle loading and archery (射箭). They also learn how to handle firearms responsibly for target practice and hunting.

【推荐1】HSK TEST is an internationally standardized test that focuses on the ability of candidates whose Chinese is not their first language to use (Chinese for communication in life, study and work. Test levels include HSK (Level 1), HSK (Level 2), HSK (Level 3), HSK (Level 4), HSK (Level 5) and HSK (Level 6).

What is HSK useful for?

According to China’s Ministry of Education, any foreign students to be enrolled in Chinese university should at least pass Level 4 of HSK.

Learners who want to apply for the Confucius Institute Scholarships should take the score reports of both HSK and HSKK.

All test takers who take HSK/HSKK/YCT/BCT abroad are eligible to apply for the Chinese Test Summer Camp to experience Chinese culture and learn Chinese in a short period in China. HSK Level 4 Test Fee: 450 yuan

Exam Object: HSK (Level 4) is mainly for candidates who have learned Chinese for four semesters (two academic years) with a schedule of 2-4 class hours per week and mastered 1,200 commonly used words.

HSKK TEST

HSKK Test is designed to test the ability to express oneself orally in Chinese and includes the HSKK (Elementary), HSKK (Intermediate) and HSKK (Advanced).

Exam Object

HSKK (Elementary) is mainly for candidates who learn Chinese for one to two semesters at a schedule of 2-3 class hours per week and master about 200 of the most commonly used words.

HSKK scores are valid for a long time. As ta proof of the Chinese language ability of foreign students entering Chinese colleges and universities, HSKK scores are valid for two years (counting from the day of the test).

【推荐1】The Orchard

I had a very nice meal at the Orchard restaurant．The food was lovely and the service was quite good．We chose to eat in the garden which was full of beautiful flowers and very relaxing．The only disappointment was the dessert — the apple pie was far too sweet and it was cold too．Apart from that it was an enjoyable evening．As for the price — what a bargain，excellent value for money！

Park Inn

The best thing about Park Inn was the service — it was excellent．There was a warm welcome when we arrived and the waiters were very helpful all evening．However，the food wasn’t as good．The menu looked interesting but the meals were rather tasteless．It’s not a cheap restaurant and I wasn’t happy to pay so much for boring food．

Richard’s Place

When we entered the restaurant，we were surprised by the lovely interior (内部的) design of it．So stylish，so modern！ This is one of the most popular restaurants in town and it’s very easy to see why．The food was great and excellent value for money but it was ruined by very，very poor service！

The Riverside

It was lovely sitting outside and looking over the river．There were lots of little lanterns (灯笼) and colored lights everywhere and it all looked very pretty．The food was good，nothing very special but quite tasty．The service was OK; we didn’t have to wait too long for our food but the waiter never looked very happy！It’s quite an expensive place but with the view I think it’s quite good value for money．
