Is it all right students carry smart phones all the times? The opinions about that varies from person to person. Those for that think it is convenience for them to contact others, especially it is necessary in emergency.

Those like that, however, think students are not supposed to. That's why in the recent survey in the US, 68 percent of the respondents think of internet access to a privilege instead of a human right.
