Bai Yun, 14	I like Miss Li, my Chinese teacher. She looks very nice and young. She is often in a red coat. Red is her favorite color. She likes eating fish and vegetables.
Gao Tian, 13	Miss Ye, my English teacher, helps me a lot. She is tall and has long hair. She is strict with us. She asks us to read English every day, even (甚至) on Sunday. She says it is a good way to study English.
Yang Guang, 14	My favorite teacher is Mr. Wu. His father is a cook. He teaches us Chinese. He is kind to students and his students all like him. He usually sings with us after school. He is good at singing, too. He is so cool.

We live in the “computer age”. People like scientists, teachers, writers and even students use computers to do lots of work. But about 50 years ago, computers could not do much. They were very big and expensive. Very few people liked them and knew how to use them. Today computers are smaller and cheaper. As they can do a lot of work, many people like to use them. They become very important(重要) because they can do work faster than men and make fewer mistakes. Writers now use them to write. Teachers use them to help with their teaching. Students use them to study and every child likes using computers to play games. Computers can remember(记住) what you put into them. They are very useful and helpful. But too many children use computers to play games, to watch videos or to listen to music. This can’t help them to study, but make them fall behind (落后). So sometimes computers are harmful to children.

Bonnie and Chester are two squirrels(松鼠). They are good friends. One day Bonnie goes to her friend’s home. She sees Chester is not very happy.

“I can’t find my nuts(坚果).”says Chester. “They are not under my bed or in my desk. They are for my family. I must find them.”

“I can help you,” says Bonnie.

Bonnie sees a white bag under the chair, but the nuts are not in it. Then she sees a photo on Chester’s desk. In the photo, Chester has a big red box. A lot of nuts are in the box.

“Box? Where is it?” Bonnie thinks. She looks here and there.

“Look, Chester!” says Bonnie. “What’s in the box?”

“Oh, nuts!” says Chester. “You are great!”

Then he goes up to the top(顶部) of the bookcase. Chester is happy now.
