This movie tells us what parents’ love is. Sam knows how to love. He always tries his hardest to bring up Lucy right. He will do all the time.

Fathers play important roles in our mental development. US writer Fanny Fern once said, “To kids, the name of father is another name for love.”

Seeing is believing (相信), but if our eyes don’t work, how can we see to believe?

Today more and more kids wear glasses before going to middle school. Because they spend too much time watching TV or playing computer games. But we must do something to protect (保护) our eyes because they are important for us to see the world.

Love your eyes. Every day, when we open our eyes, we can see the lovely friends and parents, beautiful flowers and green trees. Without them, there is only darkness. How important our eyes are!

Remember to rest your eyes. When you use the computer for an hour or two, it is time to stop to have a 30-minute rest. At school, you need to do eye exercises. In these ways, your eyes will feel relaxed.

Before you order (点餐), you’d better have a good look at the menu. Have no idea what the dish (菜肴) is? Ask the waiter (服务生). Then you don’t need to eat any food you don’t like. It’s good for you to order some fish and vegetables.

When you are enjoying your food, use a small plate (盘子) and eat slowly. A small plate can help you eat less, but make you feel full quickly.

You may want a piece of cake for dessert after the meal. Stop! There is too much sugar (糖) in it. All you really need is some oranges. If there isn’t any fresh fruit at the restaurant, don’t order any more.

It’s time to go home. Don’t take the bus or taxi. Take a walk, please.

Today, people want to be in good health through sports and exercise. But some of them have some wrong ideas about it.

A plate of chicken is a good meal before games because it has much energy（能量）. In fact, the best food before games should have carbohydrates（碳水化合物）. You can have food like pota-toes, bread, or bananas. But chicken and meat are not the best before you do sports.

The best time to exercise is early in the morning. Morning is a good time to exercise, but it may not be good for you. In afternoon or evening is OK for you, and you enjoy the feeling of getting healthier, you can choose any time to exercise. So there is no fixed（固定的）time for you to exercise.

If you drink water when you exercise, you’ll feel tired. When you exercise, you must have some water during breaks. And after exercising, you must have much water. But you can not drink water when excising. If you don’t drink enough water, then you may feel tired.

Exercising every day is quite important. Wrong. Too much exercise is bad for your health. You need to give your body a day of rest.

A little monkey lived on a small island (岛). He was not happy because he was the only monkey on the island. There were no other monkeys to play with him.

One day, a fish told the monkey he found a new island. There were many monkeys on it. “Come with me,” the fish said, “Let me take you there.”

How could the monkey get to the new island? He could swim, but he did not like to get wet (湿的). A bird tried to teach him to fly, but he thought it was too difficult for him. The monkey wanted to make a boat, but he could not find any trees on the island.

At last, an old turtle (海龟) came to help. He carried (载) the monkey on his back and swam to the new island. The monkey was very happy because he found lots of monkeys there. He knew that he would never be lonely (孤单的) again.
