A trip to Qinhuangdao

In the summer of 2012, I took a trip to Qinhuangdao. It _______ a fantastic trip.

We went there _______ plane, because we wanted to get there quickly. And we arrived _______ there at about eleven o’clock and we had lunch there. We _______ the sea food. It was delicious. The weather was _______ and hot, so we swam in the sea. There were many people _______ the beach（沙滩）that day.

Qinhuangdao is the origin（源头） of the Great Wall, so we _______ visited the Great Wall. The place is _______ and the locals（当地人）are really nice. We were there _______ a week. I bought an expensive souvenir. And then, we went home ________. I really enjoyed my holiday.

I enjoyed the trip. It was really a wonderful trip.

Robert went to visit his friend in Paris last weekend. His friend met him at the airport on Friday afternoon and drove him to the hotel. They ate dinner at a Chinese restaurant and went to see a movie after that.

Robert and his friend went out early on Saturday morning for a farm and stayed there until Sunday morning. During their stay, they played football and enjoyed a big meal around a camp fire（篝火）,singing and dancing till late into the night.

Nobody could get up early on Sunday morning. So when they got back to Paris, it was about three o’clock in the afternoon. They drove right to the airport because Robert didn’t want to miss his plane back home. Robert only stayed in Paris for two night but he had great time with his friend.

On Saturday，we went camping with our teachers．First we pitched the tent(搭帐篷)．Then our older brothers and older sisters played games with us．At noon，we all had a delicious lunch followed by a barbecue(烧烤) for dinner．At night，we had bonfire(篝火)，sang and danced．We didn’t sleep until 10:20 at night．But some of the boys were so noisy that we couldn’t fall asleep．I only slept for three hours．The next morning，everybody woke up very early．After exercising in the morning，we all went to see the small pigs．On the way there，we saw a lot of geese．At 10:00，we went back to eat ice-cream．It was so cold．Then，we all played games together．We ate lunch at 12:00．In the afternoon，we played musical instruments and sang．After that，the camp was over．

We had a lot of fun at the summer camp．I am looking forward to going to another summer camp soon．
