Mrs Smith likes growing flowers, so she likes Sweet Home. However, Mr. Smith thinks the house is too big for them to clean. For him, Dream Home is better. It takes him a shorter time to go to the bust station. It’s really hard for them to decide.

It was my son Robert’s birthday. I took him to a restaurant. When we reached there, the worker Pete said, “Welcome, kid.” “Look at my new shoes,” Robert said happily. “I chose them myself. Smell (闻) them!” Then, he showed his right foot to Pete. “Robert!” I tried to stop him. Clearly, what he did could make others uncomfortable.

To my surprise, Pete came over and got close to Robert’s shoes. “They smell good,” he said, smiling. We ordered our fast food and watched Pete prepare (准备) it and put it in front of us. When I reached for the food, Pete said, “Let me take it out for you, madam.” But he didn’t need to do that because it wasn’t his job. Pete followed us until we found a table. He truly showed us great friendliness.

When enjoying the meal, I watched how Pete served (服务) others. I found it was the same: showing great friendliness. In fact, Pete’s job was easy. He just needed to help order food. However, he loved the job and served everyone with friendliness. I learned a lot from him.

People are finding it important to be in good health. To keep healthy, many people go to work on foot. When they start walking, they open the step counter app (计步程序记录) in their phones to record how many steps they walk that day. After a day’s walk, some people show the number on WeChat or Weibo. This can make them learn from each other and keep exercising.

“This helps me to exercise more and keep a good habit,” Miss Liu said. “I can also talk about how to keep healthy with my friends on WeChat. We are in the same group to encourage each other to keep exercising.”
