Artificial intelligence (AI) is technology that helps computers to think, learn and create in a way similar to humans. The last year has seen a lot of great developments of new AI apps and tools.

ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot are two examples of AI chatbots that you can have a conversation with. You could ask them about a subject that you’re studying at school, or a part of history that you’re interested in, or tips for good places to visit on holiday.

Shona knew that her sister Molly was smart! That was why she asked her a very important question: “What should we get Caitlin for her birthday?”
