It’s normal to have different ideas from others. People may think that disagreement causes fights. However, this is not true. If we communicate with others in a proper way, disagreement will also be happy and educational.     26    

First of all, we should listen to others carefully when they show different ideas. Sometimes we may want to show our ideas too much, so we don’t really listen.     27     When you listen to others, give them your full attention to show them that your are interested in what they are saying.
