Eat properly. healthy diet is very important for everybody. Breakfast is the most important in a day. Doctors suggest that students’ breakfast should include fruit, eggs, milk, rice or noodles, because these can offer them necessary energy, help them listen carefully in class and keep them healthy. Eat enough for lunch and little for supper. But remember too much sugar is bad for your teeth and blood.

Keep off germs(病菌). Daily tooth cleaning reduces(减少)the amount of germs which will spread diseases. Germs in the mouth are likely to enter the blood and cause illnesses, even heart disease. Exercise regularly. Regular exercise can improve your moods(情绪). What’s more, it’s good for bones. There are many forms of exercise: walking, running, playing ball games or swimming. You can choose your favorite to practice regularly. You will not only feel energetic but also think better after doing exercise.

Stay connected. Having regular communication with friends is the key to reduce stress. And sharing happiness and sadness, exchanging information with others can also help improve memory. Having a friend and a circle of friends can help you feel good.

【推荐2】It’s common knowledge that 15 to 20 minutes in the sun can give you enough vitamin D for the day. You won’t be healthy without it. But what can you do if you’re not able to be in the sun? How do you know if you’re short of vitamin D?

Vitamin D not only builds strength for your body to fight against the diseases, but also brings you a good mood to deal with everyday problems. However, it can be hard to know if you’re poor in vitamin D, because much attention can’t be paid to the signs of its deficiency (缺乏).

Nicole Avena, head of Mount Sinai School of Medicine, offers some ideas. “Vitamin D is usually created by the sunlight that people get. It is quite different from other vitamins which mainly come from the food that people eat,” says Avena. “The sun is known to the best way for people to receive vitamin D, but it isn’t always easy to be in the sun either because people may get sun burnt or because they can’t get plenty of daylight in some parts of the world, like northern Russia. Moreover, the older people have the weaker ability to create and take in vitamin D than the younger ones.” Here are a few of the signs that you’ll need to step into the sun or eat more food rich in vitamin D.

You’ll experience bone pain and feel weak. When there is a vitamin D deficiency, there can be problems with bone health and can lead to bone pain. A study by the Western Journal of Medicine shows that muscle weakness is another sign   that someone isn’t getting plenty of vitamin D. So next time, if you have muscle problems, you might get vitamin D from some food like fish and eggs.

You’ll be tired and less energetic. Avena points out feeling tired and inactive can be a sign of a vitamin D deficiency. One study published by the North American Journal of Medical Sciences took a closer look at this situation and did find that 77.2 percent of patients with low vitamin D deficiency were presented with sleepy looks.
