Why is the book so attractive to children? After reading it, I was attracted by the magic world. I can not help asking: where is our own Harry Potter?
China has a long history and colorful culture. With a large market of teenagers, China published (出版) many popular books among children.
However, why are the present books not as good as those foreign ones?
Firstly, quite a number of children's books are focused on teaching, and they have little interest value. Reading them, children often have a feeling of being "educated". Certainly, they don't like them. Secondly, fewer children like the same stories, but most Chinese books are usually much the same. One knows the ending as early as in the beginning. But for some players, gaming is an unhealthy habit. At night, they are glued to a screen. Their schoolwork becomes worse. The video-game world seems like a friendly place. It seems friendlier than the real world.
Mental health experts have taken notice. In June, the World Health Organization (WHO) added gaming disorder to its list of diseases and health conditions. A person may have the disorder if gaming has done harm to his or her relationships with family and friends. Gaming may also disrupt his or her everyday activities.
Not all experts agree with WHO . They don’t think too much gaming should be called a disorder. They say people hooked on(对……入了迷) video games may have other mental health problems. These should be treated first.
Others think WHO made the right call .Clifford Sussman, who has worked with kids as young as 12, says they often have feelings of anxiety(焦虑). They feel lonely. They get angry when a parent stops them from playing games.
Playing video games excites the brain’s reward center. After a while, the brain becomes numb(麻木) to pleasure. You feel bored without a controller in your hand. So you play even more.
Sussman advises you should take at least a one-hour break after every hour of play. The brain need time to return to a normal condition. Young gamers who think they might have a problem should ask an adult for help. Sussman suggests you first answer a simple question: “Are you in control, or is the game in control?”

One of the options that impressed me most is the one offered by a company called Space Adventures.
What they have in place is a space tourism program that slows you to travel with the Soyuz to the International Space Station(ISS). The trip starts a few months in advance with intensive training dealing mainly with gravity operations, fight control and survival activities.
When all training is over, your space trip begins. The trip can be planned exactly according to your needs, whether you’re going for scientific research,or simply for an adventure. I doubt whether you will find any other kind of trip that has such a thorough preparation period beforehand.
One of the great things to do,even if it makes your space trip a bit more expensive,is that you could go on a space walk during your trip. That would definitely be a good opportunity to dance outside with your loved one to a slow waltz…Sorry,I forget there's no sound in space!
Whatever option you choose, the only obstacle you might face is the cost. All the other requirements seem to be less than those for getting a visa to a foreign country. Generally your height should be between 160 and 185 cm,your weight between 50 and 95 kg and be in good health.
Finally, in answer to the question you've been wondering about. Granted, space tourism is expensive, but exactly how expensive would a normal scheduled flight to the ISS cost? Would you believe it costs between $30 and $ 40 million? A Russian language course is included!
1. Besides the body requirements, which of the following is most likely to stop someone from going into space?A.Their knowledge | B.The climate |

Positive (积极的) thoughts and feelings are, of course, good for our health. But unpleasant feelings are just as important as the enjoyable ones in helping us understand life's ups and downs. Negative (消极的) feelings are important because they can tell us that we may have a health problem, or we need to pay attention to other important matters such as friendship.
Instead of avoiding negative feelings, we should accept them. Many people find it helpful to breathe slowly and deeply while learning to accept negative feelings or imagine the feelings as clouds to remind them that they will pass.
If the feelings are very strong, you may want to express how you feel in a diary or to other persons. You may want to tell the friend that her words hurt you or take steps to leave the job that makes you unhappy.
You should pay attention to your breathing and simply acknowledge (承认) any bad thoughts or feelings. This may make it easier to accept unpleasant thoughts.
It is impossible to avoid negative feelings fully, because to live is to experience losing and pain. Therefore, learning how to deal with those feelings is very important.

flower verges
Plantlife, a plant protection organization, is predicting a boost for wild flowers because some councils (地方议会) have stopped mowing (割) wild flower verges or parks in Britain during the COVID- 19 crisis.
Over the years, Plantlife has been urging councils to cut grass less often. It also wants them to put off cutting until flowers have had chance to seed.
The charity says it has seen a change in attitudes in recent years. Now Plantlife's research suggests that mowing has been among the first activities to be cut under the COVID-19 crisis. That's partly because staff are sick or self-isolating (自我隔离), and there is a need to save money as budgets are squeezed (财政预算紧张). Mr. Dines from Plantlife said that an increase in public support for wild flower verges had already persuaded some councils to limit cutting, which was a fairly welcome change.
In Stockton-on-Tees Borough, grass cutting will be limited to the least levels with the exception of areas where it is needed to ensure public safety. For example, to maintain lines of sight at road junctions (路口). In Newcastle, grass cutting will stop for the time being. In Wigan, the maintenance of non-essential grass cutting will also be stopped for the foreseeable future. Its council has acted quickly to rearrange staff to frontline services, such as trash bin collections.
Meanwhile, the reduction of traffic during the COVID-19 crisis will produce another benefit for wild flowers. Typically, roadside verges are filled with nitrogen emissions (含氮排放气体). This fertilizes (使肥沃) the tougher species which can use the nitrogen to grow and out-compete more delicate wild flowers. Mr. Dines said: "There has been a great change in the quality of air-we can see so much more clearly into the distance. The lack of pollutants is going to help wildflowers on verges."
