Although summer holidays offer a long time rest from daily life, many people have too much unhealthy diet to get their nutrition (营养)during this time. Nutritionists advised there are some ways to have a nice vacation but in a healthy way.

Stay hydrated (水分)

Nutritionist Nikki Ostrower said staying hydrated is the most important thing to do while on vacation. Besides being thirsty, being dehydrated(脱水)can lead to get weight, if it keeps on for a long time, it will have bad influence on the organs (器官).

Protect your skin and hair

Spending all day in the sun will become dry on your skin and hair, so you’d better drink plenty of water. You should look for other ways to cure weathered (风化的) skin. The heat also causes hair to be more easily harmed.

How to be comfortable on the plane

“Being on a plane for some hours with bad air is a main reason for the common cold,” Ostrower said.   He encouraged pilots to take enough vitamin C to make their immune (免疫) system better and to carry necessary oils to clear out the body while travelling.

Less juice

Brockman said people often try to have all kinds of juice by returning home. She said that it just doesn’t work. I think the best way to get healthy is to keep your diet the same as usual.

Try to eat as clean as possible in order to keep your body on track. It is important to have breakfast. Eat breakfast within the first hour of waking up.

【推荐2】How many of you like to buy a hamburger for lunch or eat some cookies between classes?

But remember to have a look. Is there any trans fatty acid(反式脂肪酸)?

People make trans fatty acids by adding hydrogen(氢) to vegetable oil. If the food has trans fatty acids, it will taste more delicious and be kept for a longer time.

However, research finds that trans fatty acids are very unhealthy. Many countries, such as Denmark, said food safety experts.

But young people should be careful, because cakes and cookies often have trans fatty acids. Some fast food restaurants also use oil with trans fatty acids to fry because they make food last (保持良好状态) longer.

In recent years, many food companies have started to use fewer trans fatty acids. For example, KFC in China said in 2006 that their food had no trans fatty acids.

How many trans fatty acids are safe? The World Health Organization says that a grown-up should eat no more than 1% of his diet a day.

文章大意:本文是一篇说明文,介绍了五种能够延长寿命的健康习惯。
【推荐3】阅读下面短文,并用英语回答问题(请注意每小题的词数要求)。

To find out the relationship between healthy habits and longevity (寿命), some scientists studied data from more than 78,000 men. Results came out online in Circulation on April 30, 2018.

They found the following healthy habits could help people live longer.

Diet—get the daily recommended amounts of vegetables, fruit, whole grains and omega-3 fatty acids and take less red meats and drinks with added sugar.

Smoking—well, there is no healthy amount of smoking. “Healthy” here means never having smoke. People who smoke may die earlier from cancer or other serious diseases.

Exercise—getting at least 3.5 hours of physical activity each week.

Drinking—drink only moderate amounts of alcohol (one drink or less a day for women or two drinks or less a day for men).

Body weight—keep a normal weight (body mass index, or BMI, between 18.5 and 24.9).

This study shows the importance of following healthy habits for improving longevity.

However, very few people develop healthy habits. So, the government should do more to create healthy food and social environments to support and promote.
