That’s a rise of 17.5 percent, and with a record 8.74 million university students expected to graduate next year, a survey by education website found that growing competition in the job market was the primary reason for the increase. Zhang Sijia, 22, a senior majoring in accounting at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, says she wants to study finance at Central University of Finance and Economics, also in Beijing. “It’s impossible that I cannot find a job if I enter the job market now, yet I think a master’s degree in finance will give me better opportunities to find a high-paying job,” she said. Many jobs have higher academic requirements nowadays. “Almost half my classmates have signed up for the exam, as getting higher degrees has become necessary if you want to find a better job,” Zhang said.
However, the report said students would find it harder to enter for postgraduate studies.

The government has been trying to pay attention to the importance of hardworking spirit education (劳动教育). But this has been overlooked in recent years. Many teens do not value the importance of working hard. There is a teenager girl named Nancy, she never helps out around the house. Once her mother was on vacation for a week, leaving her alone at home. When her mother came home from vacation, she could not find a clean dish or a clean shirt.
Schools play an important role in teaching students about the value of working hard. Primary and middle schools should provide students with hardworking spirit courses every week. To our joy, some schools have provided each class with a piece of field to plant their favorite vegetables. For example, No.38 Middle School in Hefei, set up a 500-square-meter farm on an open platform (露天平台) of their teaching building. Each class are asked to grow and pick vegetables there.
Parents should also encourage children to learn how to do chores at home. Teens should master one or two life skills every year. These skills can include cooking, washing their own clothes and tiding their rooms. The basic skills may help teens to solve the problems they will meet in the future.

The cells (细胞) that plants are made up of are different. In other words, the cell wall of plants has something special.
First of all, it’s important to find that not all plant cells have a cell wall. Besides, there are many differences of a cell wall based on the kinds of plant. The following is meant to be what a plant cell wall is like.
The cell wall of a plant is on the our side of the cell membrane (膜). It is usually hard and cannot be bent easily, but the degree of flexibility (韧性) of the cell wall is different. It is based on the special use that the cell has in keeping the plant alive. Cells that make up the trunk of a tree are clearly less flexible than cells on a leaf.
Cell walls act in many ways. They serve to protect the plant. They provide support, as well as help in the movement of chemicals and wastes into and out of the cell. More importantly, they control the water that goes in and out. Plants must have good water controlling systems (系统), allowing them to keep water during dry seasons, and get rid of unnecessary water. Plants can’t walk around to find water, so being able to control water is very important.
So there you have it — what a plant cell wall is. Of course, there are many other things that are not talked about here. Knowing more about plant cell walls requires further study and research.

The tea bag was invented in 1980 by Thomas Sullivan, an American tea seller. He was sending out free tea in silk bags for people to try. People put the bags together with the tea leaves into the cup and added hot water. The tea tasted good, and people thought it was easy to clean the cup. They were not happy when Sullivan started sending them loose(散的) tea again.
Sullivan realized that he had a hot new thing in his hands, and he built a machine to pack the bags. As tea bags became popular, they were changed from silk to gauze(薄纱) and later paper. In 1952, Lipton Tea made the tea bag even more popular with its invention of the four-sided tea bag. Tea bags were soon a hit in the UK, and today 85% of the tea in the UK is packed in paper bags.
However, many people still prefer loose-leaf tea. This is because some tea companies put not very good tea in their tea bags. But for most drinkers, tea bags are still the easy, tasty way to go.
