文章大意:本文是一篇记叙文。文章主要讲述了拼车旅行的事情。

【推荐3】Recently I did carpooling(拼车)for the first time and it was wonderful. It was easy to find a driver. I used a carpooling website and found someone who was going to the same place as me. The website provided a lot of information about the drivers, such as their first names, ages, jobs and what other people thought of him or her. I decided to travel with a lady who had very good reviews(评论). I paid for my share of the petrol(汽油) through the website and waited for her in the town centre.

It may seem quite scary to travel with a stranger but there are some safety tips. Firstly, the driver cannot get your money until you text him or her a code (密码)at the end of your journey. Without the code, the driver will not get money from the website. Secondly, it is important to read all the drivers’ information before choosing who you want to travel with. Lastly, you’d better travel with a friend.

I had a very good experience of carpooling. Not only was the trip very cheap, but the driver was really friendly. Carpooling could be the future of travel. As train and petrol prices are rising, this cheaper form of travel will be good for both drivers and passengers. However, perhaps more importantly, carpooling is a great way to live green.

A.will be paid by the passenger in cash (现金)B.will be paid through the website at last
C.is paid before the journey startsD.provides the service for free
4. We can infer(暗示) that in the future         .
A.few people would like to travelB.travelling alone will become cheaper
