Toby likes eating at restaurants with his family or his friends. He is excited when he gets his favorite food. However, eating at a restaurant too often is not healthy. Water is not only important for your body, but also can help you not eat too much. Drink soups made from fresh vegetables, fish or white meat. Don’t eat too much salt or fat. Don’t eat food with many artificial food colors. Also, don’t eat too much food with abundant sugar. It is unhealthy for your teeth.
