The Guangdong Museum was set up on October 1, 1959. It is the largest museum in South China with the largest number of collections. The total number of existing collections is more than 320 thousand pieces (sets), including natural specimens, fossils and so on.

Ticket Information

Visitors with an ID card may book free tickets online. They can easily enter the museum at the booked time by showing their ID card.

Visitors without an ID card are required to sign up at the museum’s ticket office.

Visitor Notice

Children under the age of 12 must visit the museum along with their parents. Senior citizens should be accompanied by their relatives.

Large items of luggage are not allowed inside of the museum. We offer free luggage storage services by the main entrance.

Smoking, phone conversations and noise-making are not allowed inside of the museum.

Photography is allowed, but the use of a and a is not allowed. Please ensure your safety and that of the museum’s exhibits and other visitors when taking pictures.

He or she will tell you where you can receive the extra help you need. Then make a careful plan of how you will improve your grades. That night I went to see Jim. Jim had a magic ball made of animal hair. There was a spirit inside the ball that could answer people's questions about the future.

Do you think animals can see colours? Scientists think that many animals can not see colours. The world is black and white to them. Scientists want to find out if dogs can see colours. When the scientists give the dogs food, they show them a certain（一定的）colour every time. The dogs get ready to eat when they see this colour. The scientists then show the dogs another colour. Again the dogs get ready to eat. The colours are all the same to them. Colours are not all the same to monkeys. For example, if we put food in a red box, and do this every day, a monkey will always go to the red box to get food. If we put food in a blue box, the monkey won’t go to it.
