1 . It seems that food deliverymen（送货员）are always in a hurry. Many of them don't follow traffic rules. They drive on the wrong side of the road and run red lights. They use mobile phones while driving.
The dangerous behavior has caught the public's attention. In the first half of 2018, food deliverymen had 76 traffic accidents in Shanghai. That means every two and a half days, a food deliveryman will die or get hurt on the road.
What makes food deliverymen face such risks? The strict rules of the food delivery service companies may be the answer. Many companies will fine a delivery man up to 2, 000 yuan if he fails to deliver an order on time. Fines also go to those food delivery men who get bad reviews from customers. In Shanghai alone, over 60, 000 delivery men complete 5 million deliveries every day. The high need for these service in city centers often results in rushing deliverymen breaking traffic rules.
In order to solve the problem, food delivery service companies need to improve their management systems. Some cities are also taking actions, Shanghai has asked companies to train their delivery men on traffic rules and safety. Now in Shenzhen, if a food delivery man gets caught breaking traffic rules more than twice, then he will be banned（禁止）from driving food service delivery vehicles（车）for a whole year.

2 . How to make the world a better place? Start with small changes like sharing. In Yin- chuan, Ningxia, there is such a “beautiful” family.
Wu Hai works for NXTV (Ningxia Broadcast and TV Station). He developed an interest in reading as a boy. When he was in Grade 1, he got his first library card. Since then, he has been a real “fan” of reading.
One day, in May, 2014, Wu went to a reading salon (沙龙). To go to the salon, he had to pay 100 yuan. Wu thought it was a pity that some of his friends wouldn’t like to go because of the cost.
Two months later, Wu and his wife，Sun Ping, started a free reading workshop. They named it “Sunshine Sharing Collection”. They wanted to promote (宣扬) the idea that “sharing makes a change in reading”.
Sun Ping also works for NXTV. After talking with her husband, she started an online course (课程), Voice Bookroom. Through the course, she helps members of the workshop to improve their reading skills. They also organize reading and sharing activities in schools with students and teachers. In 2019, the Wu family was named as “the most beautiful family in Yinchuan”.
