Cye is said to be the best and cheapest home robot. It can’t make the bed or take out the trash, but it can carry things, clean the house and charge itself! The most advanced（先进的）robot in the world is Honda’s famous “Asimo”. It can walk like a human and even walk up and down stairs! Sony’s “Aibo” is another famous home robot. It looks and acts like a dog.
What can home robots do now? Here are some examples:
Cleaning
Home robots can clean the house, even if you’re not at home.
Carrying
Some home robots can carry dishes and other small things. A friend of mine isn’t able to walk because of a car accident. He uses a home robot to carry food from the kitchen to the living room, and take dishes back into the kitchen.
Danger detection（探测）
It will be easy to connect fire, smoke and other detectors to a home robot. Every night, the robot can walk around to make sure that everything is OK.
Entertainment
Home robots can play games, tell jokes, sing songs and even dance to music! People can have much fun playing with them. They help us live a more relaxing life.
