How wonderful the nature is! It teaches us a lot and we are born to learn from it to solve problems. For example, many scientists used what they saw in nature to improve     1     way of travelling. In days of high-speed train research and     2    , scientists were once faced with a noise problem. The trains pushed air through tunnels (隧道) at     3     speeds. So, when a train came out of a tunnel, it could be very noisy.     4    , kingfishers (翠鸟) hardly make a sound when they get into lakes or rivers. Engineers     5     a clever idea. Here is a moving story I’ve ever heard. A little boy     1     his mother to go to his school’s first teacher-parent meeting. Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional (传统的) Chinese festival. In 2022, Dragon Boat Festival is     1     June 3. It is one of the traditional Chinese     2    , along with the Spring Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day and Mid-Autumn Festival. People always eat zongzi and     3     dragon boat races to celebrate it.

The festival is famous for     4     dragon-boat races. Especially (特别是) in the south,     5     there are many rivers and lakes.

Zongzi is the most traditional Dragon Boat Festival food. You can eat     6     kinds of zongzi. They all taste     7    .

“Every day, we see the sunrise 1620 times. Do you know why? Well, we circle the earth every 90 minutes!” Do you still remember     1     words? It was June 20th, 2013. Chinese astronaut Wang Yaping gave a science lesson in space. Six     2     school children and teachers across China listened to it. This time, Wang and her team stayed in space for 183 days. They returned home safely on April 16th, 2022. She has become the     4     woman to complete a spacewalk. Wang’s space dream     6     when Yang Liwei became China’s first man in space in 2003. “When will our country have a space-woman?” She thought to herself. Because of her excellent performance, in 2010, she was     7     to train as an astronaut by the government. After lots of hard training, the woman     8     realized her space dream in 2013.
