Dear Tom,
Last month, I was told we would have our first military training. At first, I thought it will be hard to spend a whole week stayed away from school and home. The sunshine would be very strongly during these days, or we could easily get sunburnt. Later, when I was in the camp, I found it was a lot fun. A training was hard for you all. But my classmates and I were treated very kindly by all the soldier. The food in the camp looked simple, but tasted good. Now you never know how happy days we had in the camp. I think the experience has been made us stronger!

Two weeks ago, our class had the exciting basketball match with Class One. I had thought of that our team had strong and able players, including me, so the opposite team was no much for us. And when the match started, I was surprising to find that every member of the other team was fighting hard, even though they were not better than us. Final, it was no surprise that we become the winner in the match. But Class One won our respect for our fight in the match. The result of the match have taught me that we should try our best do everything. Only in this way can we make progresses in life.
