Sichuan Cuisine and Hunan Cuisine are both known for their hot flavors, which might appear similar at first sight. That’s why Americans are pretty confused about how they are different.

This confusion has its roots in how Hunan food     1     (introduce) to the American public. According to Kian Lam Kho, the author of Chinese food blog Red Cook, a group of Chinese chefs are said     2     (train) in both Hunan and Sichuan Cuisines in 1945. When they later     3     (seek) opportunities in the United States, they brought Hunan and Sichuan Cuisines to New York,     4     these two cooking styles were adjusted to suit local tastes.

Our school, Chairo Technical School in Australia, has a strong service idea that covers two of     1    (we) core values, namely “life-long learning” and “life-long serving”. An unattended 24-hour smart bookstore opened in Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou Province. Getting access (进入) by facial     1     (recognize), reading for free and paying for items at the self-service checkout are among the novel experiences waiting for visitors.

Hot pot, as a traditional Chinese folk dish,     1     (become) a favorite dish throughout China since at least the Han Dynasty,     2     is particularly true during winter months. Celebrating Chinese New Year overseas is a completely different experience. Power rationing(拉闸限电）is widening across China.More than 10 provinces     1    （order) power cuts in the past days,including Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Yunnan,and Guangdong.

The country's top economic planner last month flagged nine provinces for the sharp increase in power demand over the first half of the year. That pushed local governments to    2     (strict) order the cuts to avoid missing targets for reducing carbon emission(碳排放）。

In Zhejiang,160 energy-intensive factories have been ordered to stop production    3     (meet) energy consumption targets. The power rationing in Jiangsu also forced factories in the key manufacturing(制造业） industry to cut or even stop their operations     4     the end of the month. I wouldn't try it again, even if it was cheaper than real meat.”said     10     80-year-old retiree.
