1 . Looking for some fun Boston tours for teens that you’ll also enjoy? Here are some tours for you. Most of these tours actually deliver a lot of information about Boston’s history and the city’s culture along with the entertainment.
Whale Watching Tour
There’s the thrill of cruising away from Boston on a high-speed ship to whale-feeding grounds 30 miles east of Boston. Once you’re there, the real fun begins as whales, dolphins and other marine life appear right in front of you! Your teenagers will love this, and you will too!
Codzilla Tour
Speed, 360 degree turns, and loud 80’s rock music make it easy to see why this tour ranks high with teens. The crew’s (船员) jokes about pirates add to the fun. You’ll enjoy the tour through Boston Harbor. Plus, on a hot summer day, it’s a perfect way to relax.
Movie Mile Walking Tour
It is guided by local actors. You’ll see and visit many places you’ve seen on the screen, but even better, the guides will let you in on the filming secrets of movies and shows such as Blown Away, Good Will Hunting and Cheers. Your teens will love hearing about techniques behind the special effects and high-speed chases.
Chocolate Walking Tour
Let’s get to the point of why teens and adults love this walking tour through Beacon Hill and the North End: chocolate tastings! You’ll also love the attractive tour through Boston’s most charming historic neighborhoods led by a chocolate expert. Naturally, you’ll also hear a bit about Boston’s history: for example, did you know that chocolate shops were an important part of Colonial Boston? Just like in modern Boston!

5 . Canyoning
The sports of canyoning (蹦谷) explore the high-energy environment where water meets rock on the coast. Protected by wetsuits and helmets, people jump from cliffs and waterfalls and discover caves that would not normally be arrived at.
It was first done in the U.K. by TYF Adventure (01437 721611, www.tyf.com) and several thousand people jump from the cliffs near St David’s each year. A half day canyoning trip costs £50 (£30 for children under 16).
Diving
Diving is not popular with British people. The difficulties of wild waters are greater because the water is colder and not clear enough, but the coasts of Cornwall, Wales and Scotland have some of the best diving in the world.
The British Sub Aqua Club (0870 112 9133, www.bsac.com) and the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (01580 819688, www.padi.com) run courses teaching the important skills.
Surfing
The best surfing places in the UK are on the southwest coast where it is warmer, especially in Cornwall. The best time of year to surf in the UK is late summer and autumn.
The British Surfing Association (01479 861256, www.britsurf.co.uk) has a list of famous surf schools around the country.

TRIP OVERVIEW
Pura vida means “pure (纯净的) life” in Costa Rica — and pura vida is what you'll experience as you explore the wonders here.
Spanish Classes in Turrialba
We’ll jump right into our adventure with morning Spanish classes in the beautiful town of Turrialba, surrounded by high mountains and forest. With the guidance of our Spanish teachers, we will learn useful vocabulary and use new tools to communicate with locals and learn about Costa Rican culture.
Service with Local Organizations and Exploration of Turrialba
Our afternoons in the Turrialba area will be spent putting our new skills to the test as we spend time volunteering at a local children’s home, a senior home, and a center for local women. Our time volunteering will be very interactive (交互式的). We’ll play games, converse, and help the people of each place with tasks (helping with homework for the young kids or cleaning for the seniors). On an afternoon off, we’ll head to a local swimming hole and hit the Turrialba market to collect local eats and maybe some souvenirs!
Manuel Antonio National Park
For our final days together we'll head to the Pacific coast to explore Manuel Antonio National Park and its wealth of wildlife and natural beauty. We’ll take a guided tour of the Park, and watch three species of monkeys in the area. We’ll spend a morning flying through the trees on Central America’s longest zip line (飞索), and swim in warm, clear Pacific waters! A dinner in San Jose and a final evening of pura vida with new friends will round up our Costa Rican adventure!
