Spring has come with all its beauty! Trees have turned green or flowers can be seeing everywhere. Last Friday, my friends and me went on a spring outing. It was such a great fun! On World Environment Day,aiming to raise students’ aware of protecting the environment, my classmates and I start the program "Pick Up the Pearl" in our school. At noon, we broadcasted our requirements over the loudspeaker, call on students to take steps protect the environment. Our class had an meaningful and memorable experience on March 12. In the morning, we bicycled to the suburb to plant tree, talking but laughing all the way. Upon arrival, we began to work immediate. Some were digging holes. Some were carrying and planted young trees. Others were watering them. After all the work, a board put up to remind people to protect the trees. It is known to us, a large number of wild animals has been killed for their meat. As result, thousands of animals have either died out and become endangered.
Actually, protect wild animals benefits the animals as well as humans. For example, if farmers killed too many eagles, their corn and grain would be destroyed for rats. The reason is because with no eagles to hunt rats, their number would increase rapid.
Therefore, all of us must do what they can to protect wild animals. As for me, I have joined an organization in our town which aim is to call on people to protect wild animals and I have taken part in several activities.

I am Liu Ying, a high school student. Our school is built 50 years ago. It is very beautifully as you can find many of tall trees, flowers and green grass here. Last Thursday, we have had a class meeting to discuss where to go for our autumn trip. We came up with several choices such as going boating, climbing a mountain, and going to park. Finally, we decided to go mountain climbing. The next day, we left to the mountain early in the morning. While climbing the mountain, we enjoyed the warm sunshine and the beautiful sceneries. However, when we reached the top, we were shocking to see rubbish here and there, such as bottles and banana peels. We felt sadly that many tourists didn’t take good care of nature. Soon, they started to pick them up. With all the rubbish putting in the rubbish bin, the place looked many more beautiful than before. When we came back, it was 5:30 in the afternoon. We were tired and happy.
