(FTB!) is a place-based city conservation education program serving 2,000+ New York City youth and community members with a focus on schools and communities across all five boroughs (行政区) that are underserved by environmental education. The mission of FTB! is to get youth excited about helping birds and the places they need to survive. FTB! not only provides knowledge of local species and habitats but also encourages a sense of ecological place in one’s own community and empowers youth to take an active interest in protecting their local environment for birds and people.

In-person Programs: During a 4, 8, or 12 session program, program participants learn about birds and local habitats in their neighborhood through both in-class and outdoor lessons. Lake Assal, Djibouti

Dear Bianca, How do you deal with stress when you have a lot to do, but no motivation(动力) to do it? Dear Anxious Bunny, I fully understand how anxious you feel when you need to do the work but simply not be able to find the motivation to get started. I also understand the feelings that often come with this conflict. But before I give you any advice, I want to stress the importance of not beating yourself up (自责) for letting your work pile up. Negative self-talk is only going to increase your anxiety. You wouldn’t be human if you didn’t feel a lack of motivation from time to time. If you regularly feel anxious, try taking a small step in the right direction and starting working on it, regardless of your feelings. Once you complete a task that you’ve been putting off for days, there’s a fair chance that you’ll realize it didn’t take you that long to complete. Then you can use that experience to encourage yourself that you can complete your tasks by simply getting started instead of giving in to your lack of motivation. This is easier said than done, but I find that breaking work down into small parts rather than attempting to complete it all at once helps to ease your anxiety and stress. But if there seems to be an ongoing problem with your motivation, and you feel defeated to the point where you fail to do things besides homework, it might suggest a deeper issue. If you struggle to get out of bed or fail to keep a regular eating/sleeping schedule, it may be time to seek help from a mental health professional. Staying your mental health is the number one ability to be the best student you can be. Oppenheimer is a new biopic (传记电影) on physicist and “father of the atomic bomb”J.Robert Oppenheimer. The director claims that it was quite the challenge indeed to attempt to simulate (模拟) a nuclear explosion without the use of CGI animation during one of the crucial scenes from the film. Like virtually all of Nolan’s films, this IMAX-shot film should be seen on the biggest screen available.

◆Dune: Part Two

Directed by: Denis Villeneuve

Opening in: November 2023

After the success of Dune:Part One, Dune: Part Two has been officially green lit. Except for the Star Wars film series, no other work has continued to have a bigger influence over the world of science fiction than this series. Director Denis Villeneuve claims the film will cover the rest of the writer’s 1965 masterpiece.

As Denis Villeneuve once said, “I’ve lived with Dune for most of my life. Being patient is part of the journey.” That patience should pay off with the second part of his sci-fi epic.

10 . REPORTING DELAYED BAGGAGE

If your baggage is delayed, you must report your missing baggage immediately at the airport, or through the Self Service Baggage Tool (SSBT).

When you have reported your baggage missing, you will be given a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). This is a unique file reference. It is important to save it until you have received your baggage.

When your delayed baggage has been reported, SAS (北欧航空公司) will begin an immediate search. We will keep you updated via text message and email.

DELAYED MORE THAN 24 HOURS

If your baggage is delayed more than 24 hours and you need to buy essential items, or you need to rent equipment because yours is delayed, we will reimburse (赔偿) you for these costs within reasonable limits.

REIMBURSEMENT

The exact definition of what is reasonable depends. SAS considers 75 EUR/person and day as a reasonable amount. You have to limit your expenses to reasonable necessities. And remember to save all receipts.

To get reimbursed for any expenses caused by the baggage delay you need to submit your claim (索赔) online by completing a form, no later than 21 days after your baggage has been delivered to you. You must include your Property Irregularity Report (PIR) and receipts for all the expenses.

If your baggage is delayed on your trip home, we trust that you have access to the things you need. In these cases, the costs of essential items may not be covered by SAS.

In case your baggage remains lost, any reimbursements that we have already paid will be taken away from the final settlement.
