One day we had a PE class at school. We did the long jump and handstands, but it was when I had to do a forward roll which the accident happened. Somehow, I twisted (扭) my neck with an extremely painful way. I screamed loudly and the teacher was very worrying. An ambulance was called but I was taken to hospital immediate. The doctors fitted us with a fixed collar and I was told not do exercise and to stay away from school for eight weeks. At a first, I was very bored. Keeping still all day was no funs, so I started to read. As a result, from then on I develop a lifelong love of reading.

I had a terribly day at school yesterday. My friends and I were about to run as I suddenly fell and hurt my ankle. I had difficulties in walking, so my friends carried me to nearby hospital and stayed with me until my parents arrived. The doctor tells my parents my ankle was badly broken and that they needed to stay in bed for a month. Felt better, I came home with my parents then. This incident made me to realize we can’t be too careful. And I couldn’t have received treatment immediate without my friend’s help. I was extremely thankful of them.
I sometimes just wanted to sit in the dark. I hate to admit this, or sometimes when I 'm feeling bad, I'll lock myself in the bathroom, turn away the lights and just sit on the floor. I don't know what. Maybe I feel comfortable and relaxed in totally darkness. Sometimes, I just stare into the darkness without think of anything. Maybe I'm sitting there waiting for someone show up. I also think of all kind of things sometimes. I will not only think of the things that they happened in the past, but imagine what will happen in a future. It really helps as 1 will be happier after that.

Get rid of the bad habit of procrastination (拖延症) is now my goal of life. My first step is to set small targets which can be reach realistically. For an example, I plan to set a timetable for my study. So, after school, I would put finishing homeworks in the first place. Beside, I will make a list of my important tasks including the due dates. But then I will finish them one by one. I will avoid finding excuses for putting it off. At the same time, I will ask my friends and parents help me. Is creativity a natural gift like good looks, or is it something that it can be acquired like knowledge? If we analyze the creative process careful, we might know what it is and what it might work. Last weekend, we plan to go on an outing to the Xihu Park. We got here early in the morning so that we could row boats on the Xihu Lake.
