Last summer, I went on the study tour in Mount Tai with a group of students. During one of our hikes, I found myself felt weak and struggling to keep up with the others. As I stop to catch my breath, I started to feel discouraging with myself. But soon I realized that not everyone had their own pace and that it was okay for me to take breaks when I needed it. With this new perspective, I continued the hike with a more positive attitude but was able to appreciate those unique qualities that makes me who I am.
