Last Friday, the students in our school are organized to visit the exhibition on China’s development. We watched some outstanding achievement in China and a guide gave us unusual introduction to the exhibition. While visiting, they were excited and proud of that our nation had achieved. After visited the exhibition, we had a class meeting in the classroom. We worked in groups and delivered a short speech on turn, sharing our thoughts on what we have seen. There are many persons who help me a lot, among whom are my English teacher, Miss Liu. I still remember being asked in his class, but I fail to answer the question. Last week, my parents and I attended to a big get-together in a restaurant. The people present were all our old neighbors, that used to live in the same neighborhood. Everyone has a dream. We are on the way to achieve it whether the way is smooth or toughly. As Senior 3 student, I have the same dream as my classmates that I can be admitted to an ideal university. During the Spring Festival, I watch a sci-fi movie The Wandering Earth with my friends. The movie direct by Guo Fan is very popular in China. It is set in 2075, where the earth is no longer safe to live. Unlike most western movies, the heroes do not give up the earth. Instead, they choose to save the earth by send it to another so-like system. I was deep impressed by the three generation of a Chinese family. They devote them to the mission. The movie conveys lots of Chinese values, but I think it is quite worth seeing it.
