Last summer I have an unusual experience. It was raining hardly. Because of this, the river near my town rose but flooded some of the rice fields. The villagers, included me, went to the dam to make them strong. The PLA soldiers also came to help us. We fought hard for three days. On the end the dam was saved and our village protected from the flood. Though I became very tired after I returned home, but I was very happy. I learned many things from the villager and the soldiers. I also learned a lots from my unusual experience.

Last week, my class went fishing. It takes us about one hour to reach the fish farm by bus. It had four largest ponds. So, we were divided to four groups. Anyone caught the most fish in two hours won the game. At first, I thought it was easy to fish, and things didn’t go well. One and a half hour passed, and I didn’t catch one. I felt so sadly that I wanted to give up. But at that time, the class mate from another group came to me, he taught me carefully and helped me catch it. I was happy that I was both caught a fish and gained friendship!
Last night, my family went out to eat to celebrate my brother’s new job. I notice our waitress was acting rather strangely. She kept forgetting to bring thing she was serving to customers. We comforted her and said it was OK when she apologized for not remember to bring my salad. In a fact, she had to help two new cooks beside providing services for customers. To show our encouragement, we decided leave a tip (小费) what was larger than usual. She was so moved and thanked them again and again. Seeing her final slow down to breathe and look less worrying, we were all very happy.

Last year, I took part in the first table tennis competition which was held for all senior 2 students. I had never played on a standard table tennis court ago, or against such good players. In the first match I was against Wang Peng, who used a special bat to hit the balls really hard. It comes over the net such fast that I hardly saw it. I never stopped running or jumping, and soon I was out of my breath and had very little energy leaving. I was sure Wang Peng would easily beat me, and then, suddenly, he stopped. He got injury to his right ankle, and he needed treatment from the school nurse. I won! How a surprise!

After realize I had lost my wallet, I was very upset. I call every shop that my friends and I had gone to, but it was total useless. After a couple of day, when I returned home, I saw a note on my front door saying “Your wallet has been sent the nearby police station”. I couldn't believe it, so I made a phone call to asking whether the information was true and not. Sure enough, it was true! Clearly, someone had been found my wallet and given it to the policemen who could find mine because I had left my address in it. I got my wallet back the next day and was exciting to discover everything was just as I left it.

Find out I was chosen to play for my city was unbelievable! The experience was amazed. I enjoyed practise with my new teammates and coaches. Of course, my most favourite part of the whole experience was playing against the other teams, which members were really competitive. The final was held in Shanghai. We all try our best in the match. I definitely made friend for life. We set a group chat and used it frequent to keep in touch. Coming back my city was hard as I missed my teammates and the whole experience, and a few days at home with my mum’s cooking helped.
